Terms and Rules

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") constitute a binding and integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase, which sets out the rights and obligations of you (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") and laurelihome.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), the procedure for the purchase, payment, delivery and return of goods and services.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The following are entitled to use the Seller's e-shop services:
Natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and are able to work;
Minors between the ages of sixteen and eighteen only with the consent of their parents, adoptive parents or guardians, except in the case of self-disposal;
All legal persons;
Duly authorised representatives of all the above persons.
The prices of goods and/or services listed in the Seller's e-shop are valid only for the purchase/order of such goods and/or services in the Seller's e-shop. Prices are quoted in Euros.
In order to use the Seller's e-shop, the Buyer must first select the product or service he/she likes from the range offered in the Seller's e-shop. Once the Buyer has selected the desired product or service, the Buyer shall click on the BUY button. The purchase will then open in the shopping cart. The Buyer can see his/her shopping cart at the top of the tray side of the page, where he/she chooses to pay by clicking on PAYMENT. The Buyer must first accept the terms and conditions. The Buyer is then redirected to complete the Buyer Information. Once the required fields have been filled in, click on CONTINUE PAYMENT. The Buyer then selects the payment method - Paysera. After payment confirmation, the goods selected by the Buyer will be ready for dispatch. The Buyer will also receive an email with the details of the purchased item.
The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment the Buyer completes all the successive steps to place an order in the e-shop by creating a shopping cart. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the Seller's database.
The Seller reserves the right to modify, supplement or amend these Terms and Conditions.

2. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Buyer is obliged to provide his/her personal data (name, surname, valid e-mail address, address) when purchasing goods or services sold by laurelihome.com. The Buyer's information is only used for the performance of the obligations between the Buyer and the Seller and for the protection of their interests.
The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties. The Buyer's personal data may only be disclosed to third parties in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
Laurelihome.com does not store any of the Buyer's banking data (such as password, account number, etc.), as the Buyer is redirected to external systems during the payment.

3. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT OF SALE AND PURCHASE
Once the Buyer has confirmed the order formed, a contract of sale shall be deemed to be concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.
A copy of the order summary shall be sent to the Buyer by e-mail and stored in the Seller's database.
This Purchase and Sale Agreement shall only come into force after the Buyer has paid for the order.
Failure by the Buyer to pay for the order shall be deemed to be a unilateral termination of the contract by the Buyer.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
The Seller undertakes to dispatch the goods or services paid for to the Buyer within the period specified in the service description.
If, at the time of placing an order and/or concluding a contract with the Seller or subsequently, the Buyer provides false, inaccurate, misleading or incomplete data or fails to comply with any other obligations provided for in these Terms and Conditions, the Seller shall have the right to cancel the Buyer's order immediately and to restrict the Buyer's right to use the Seller's e-shop services.
The Seller shall have the right, without prior notice, to suspend or terminate the execution of the Buyer's order and/or use of the e-shop services if there are grounds to believe that the Buyer is engaging in unauthorised activities or otherwise attempting to undermine the operation or stable functioning of the Seller's e-shop.
The Seller shall have the right to provide and cancel the services provided. For example, if there is reason to believe that the Customer is attempting to harm, waste time and talk about things that are not related to the provision of the service by sending various types of messages or emails, the Seller shall have the right not to reply to the messages or to block the Customer and to cancel the services ordered and to withhold the money for the work performed, if this situation arises, and to cancel the contract.
